1. Tiles are sold by the square foot, case or pallet. The installer or
contractor should check all quantities. See the price list for information
on tiles sold by.
2. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for the order to be processed and entered before it is ready to ship. We are not responsible for delays in delivery once the order has been picked up from our warehouse.
3. Tile Exposure ceramic stone tiles are naturally fired or quarried products and variations should be expected. All tiles should be mixed to insure a blend of variations.
4. Tile Exposure is not liable for installation or sealing of any product.
5. Buyer is responsible for inspection of all material before installation.
1. No order will be cancelled without our consent within 24 hours of the
ship window.
2. No returns will be considered accepted until an RGA number ( Return
Goods Authorization Number ) has been assigned by Tile Exposure.
3. All approved returns must be shipped prepaid and received in resalable
condition.
4. Upon receiving a receipt from the carrier, Tile Exposure's
responsibility ceases and the shipment becomes the property of the
buyer.
5. Any claims for damage, loss in transit or delays in delivery must be
made to the carrier.
6. The buyer is responsible for inspection and acceptance of material
before the start of installation.
7. Tile Exposure will not recognize any claims made after the
installation of tile.
8. All orders accepted are subject to payments by the buyer of any state,
Federal or municipal taxes.
